广西区气象台2026年08月21日09时00分继续发布台风蓝色预警(海面):北部湾热带低压今天(21日)08时的中心位于北海西南约140公里的海面上,外围最大风力有7级(15米/秒)。预计,该热带低压以每小时5~10公里向东北移动,21日夜间至22日在北部湾海面回旋少动加强为热带风暴。21日白天至22日夜间,北部湾海面有暴雨到大暴雨局地特大暴雨,旋转风8~9级阵风10~11级;沿海地区有5~6级阵风8~10级大风;沿海地区和桂西南有大雨到暴雨、局地大暴雨并伴有短时雷暴大风等强对流天气。
