The Pingliang Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 21:16 on February 14, 2026: As of now, there have been gusts of up to level 8 in Xiamen Township. It is expected that within 24 hours, there will be gusts of up to level 5 to 6 in the urban area of Kongtong District, Anguo Town, Shangyang Hui Township, Mawu Township, Xiamen Hui Township, Shilipu Town, Kongtong Town, Baishui Town, Caofeng Town, Liuhu Town, Huasuo Town, Suoluo Township, Xianglian Township, Xiyang Hui Township, Daqin Hui Township, Baimiao Hui Township, Zhaihe Hui Township, Dazhai Hui Township and other towns, with gusts of up to level 8 or above in some areas, and will continue. Please take precautions.

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
