山东省气象台于12月13日16时00分继续发布寒潮蓝色预警：受较强冷空气影响，预计寒潮天气持续，14日早晨气温降至最低，聊城、德州、济南南部、泰安、淄博、菏泽和济宁-10～-8℃，沿海地区-4～-1℃，其他地区-7～-5℃。13日夜间到14日白天，滨州、东营、潍坊、日照和半岛地区北风4～5级阵风6～7级转南风3～4级，其他地区北风转南风3～4级。预计13日夜间，烟台北部和威海北部有小到中雪，烟台南部和威海南部局部有小雪。
