山东省气象台于7月14日06时00分继续发布台风黄色预警：今年第9号台风“巴威”14日06时中心位于山东省青岛市即墨区境内，最大风力8级（18米/秒，热带风暴级），中心最低气压990百帕。预计，“巴威”将以每小时30—35公里的速度向东北方向快速移动，强度变化不大，14日中午前后移入黄海北部海面，并逐渐变性为温带气旋。14日白天到夜间，南部沿海地区南风4～5级阵风6～7级减弱到3～4级，其他地区北风转南风3～4级。

At 11:50 am on July 13, 2026, the Qingdao Meteorological Observatory continued to issue orange warning signals for strong winds in Shinan District, Shibei District, and Licang District: Due to the northward impact of Typhoon No. 9 "Bawei", it is expected that from this afternoon to night, all streets in Shinan District, Shibei District, and Licang District will still have south winds of 6-7 levels with gusts of 9 levels, and Jiaozhou Bay and the southern waters of the city will have gusts of 7-8 levels with gusts of 10-11 levels. Tomorrow morning, all streets in Shinan District, Shibei District, and Licang District will experience southwest to northwest winds, with gusts of 5-6 levels, 8 levels, 4 to 5 levels, and 7 levels. Guidelines
