The Lingqiu County Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing at 20:53 on December 15, 2025. The warning area includes all townships, towns (streets). It is expected that within the next 24 hours, the warning area will continue to experience road icing that affects traffic. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. Transportation, public security and other departments should prepare for road icing according to their responsibilities; 2. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
