山东省气象台于11月14日11时30分发布寒潮蓝色预警：预计，16—18日我省将出现寒潮天气，气温明显下降，全省大部地区最低气温过程降温幅度10℃左右，局部地区可达12℃。最低气温出现在18日早晨，鲁中山区-6～-4℃，沿海地区1～4℃，其他地区-4～-2℃。16—17日，北风，滨州、东营、潍坊、日照、半岛地区和内陆湖面5～6级阵风7～8级减弱到4～5级阵风6～7级，其他地区4～5级阵风7级减弱到3～4级。另外，17日半岛北部地区有小雨雪。
