Liyang Meteorological Observatory issues yellow warning for high temperature

At 08:33 on June 29, 2025, the Liyang Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for high temperatures: it is expected that the highest temperature in most towns (streets) in our city will reach 35 ℃ or above in the next three days. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau (Municipal Disaster Reduction and Relief Office) and the Municipal Meteorological Bureau remind people to pay attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling.

Description

The daily maximum temperature will be above 35°C for three consecutive days.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units shall make preparations for heatstroke prevention and cooling in accordance with their duties;

2. Minimize outdoor activities in the afternoon;

3. Provide heatstroke prevention and cooling guidance for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young;

4. Those who work under high temperature conditions and need to do outdoor work for a long time during the day should take necessary protective measures.
