海南省气象局发布台风蓝色预警

海南省气象局2025年10月20日09时30分继续发布台风四级预警（海上）：台风“风神”（热带风暴级），20日08时其中心位于北纬17.9度、东经116.6度，即在三沙市永兴岛东偏南方向约465公里的南海东部海面上，中心附近最大风力9级（23米/秒）。预计，“风神”将以25公里左右的時速向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐加强，21日将以强热带风暴级或台风级（30～35米/秒，11～12级）从西沙群岛西北部海面经过，尔后趋向越南中部沿海。受冷空气和“风神”共同影响，20日～23日白天南海中部、北部海面和海南省大部分海域自东向西将有强风雨天气；20日夜间～22日白天，本岛东部和南部海面、西沙群岛附近海面风力9～10级、阵风11～13级；北部湾海面和本岛西部海面风力8～9级、阵风10～11级；琼州海峡风力7～8级、阵风9～10级；21日～23日，琼海、万宁和琼中等市县累积雨量200～300毫米、局地400毫米；海口、文昌、澄迈、定安、屯昌、五指山、保亭和陵水等市县100～200毫米。提醒海上作业平台及过往船只继续做好避风准备，有关部门加强渔船管理，提前做好琼州海峡通航安排，加强沿海陆地交通疏导、旅游安全管理工作。

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop outdoor group activities and high-altitude outdoor dangerous operations;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Reinforce doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, and cut off dangerous outdoor power sources.
