龙泉市气象台发布暴雨黄色预警

龙泉市气象台2026年08月10日08时25分将暴雨红色预警信号调整为暴雨黄色预警信号：受台风“白海豚”影响，08日12时到10日08时全市平均雨量为82.1毫米，累计雨量最大为兰巨乡大田坪站279.3毫米。目前台风“白海豚”已逐渐减弱，受其残余环流影响，预计今天我市所有乡镇（街道）仍有中雨，局部大雨。由于地质灾害具有滞后性，仍需注意防范滑坡和塌方等次生灾害。

浙江省水利厅、浙江省气象局2026年08月10日07时48分联合发布山洪灾害橙色预警：预计8月10日8时至8月11日8时，临安区、海曙区、北仑区、鄞州区、奉化区、象山县、宁海县、余姚市、安吉县、新昌县、普陀区、三门县发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色预警），长兴县、上虞区、定海区、天台县发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警），拱墅区、西湖区、萧山区、余杭区、富阳区、桐庐县、淳安县、永嘉县、乐清市、吴兴区、德清县、柯桥区、诸暨市、嵊州市、开化县、岱山县、嵊泗县、黄岩区、仙居县、温岭市、临海市可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请密切关注天气形势及雨水情变化，注意防范强降水引发的山洪灾害。

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make emergency preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop large-scale indoor and outdoor gatherings, suspension of work, class, operation, market, and business (except for special industries);

3. On-water operations in relevant waters and passing ships shall return to the port to avoid wind, strengthen port facilities, and prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind. Personnel should stay in a wind-proof and safe place as much as possible. When the center of the typhoon passes by, the wind will decrease or remain static for a period of time. Remember that strong winds will suddenly blow, and should continue to stay. Take shelter from the wind in a safe place, and promptly transfer people from dangerous houses;

5. Relevant areas should pay attention to preventing mountain torrents and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.
