墨竹工卡县气象台2025年10月31日11时30分发布道路结冰黄色预警信号。预计：受降雪天气影响，未来24小时墨竹工卡县G349门巴乡-嘉黎县段、门巴乡-德仲段、门巴乡-贴朗段、G318日多-米拉山段、甲玛镇巨龙-知不拉破碎站路段、华泰龙-露天角岩等高海拔路段易出现道路积雪、结冰，对道路交通及运输安全影响较大，请加强防范。防御措施：1.建议应急、交通、公安、城管、矿区等相关部门做好道路积雪结冰应对工作。2.驾驶人员请须采取防滑措施，安全行驶。3.老人、儿童外出时要注意安全，以免因道路结冰打滑导致伤残。

西藏自治区气象局2025年10月30日17时30分发布暴雪黄色预警：预计10月30日20时至10月31日20时，林芝市、日喀则市、昌都市、那曲市、山南市南部、拉萨市北部和东部有小到中雪（雨），其中吉隆、聂拉木、定日、定结、亚东、嘉黎、申扎、当雄和洛隆等地的部分地方有大到暴雪，局地有大暴雪（20～30毫米），新增积雪深度2～8厘米；雪后上述地方有4～8℃降温。防御指南：1.需注意防范降雪降温天气对重大工程建设、交通运输、能源保供、电力设施、通讯设施、农牧业生产等带来的不利影响；2.强降水可能引发局地雪崩、滑坡等次生灾害，需做好道路沿线、陡峭边坡等灾害隐患点的巡查和安全管理工作。
