At 16:27 on November 17, 2025, the Ningdu County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the average temperature in all towns (streets) in our county will drop by 8-10 ℃ in the next 48 hours, and the lowest temperature during the process will drop to 3-5 ℃. From the night of the 17th to the 18th, gusts of wind in rivers, lakes, river surfaces, plain valleys, and high-altitude mountainous areas can reach level 7 or above. Please take precautions.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
