彭水自治县气象台2025年8月12日2时30分更新发布“暴雨蓝色预警信号”，预计12日2:30-8:30，鹿鸣、高谷、平安、保家、汉葭街、长生、乔梓、龙溪、走马、大同、桑柘、新田、岩东、石盘、绍庆、靛水、万足、朗溪、黄家、龙塘、润溪、大垭等乡镇（街道）将出现强降水，未来6小时累计雨量可达50～70毫米，局地伴有雷电、阵性大风，请注意防范。
