山东省气象台于7月13日06时00分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：12日白天台风“巴威”外围云系开始影响我省，滨州、东营、鲁中、鲁南和半岛地区已出现小雨，预计14日夜间台风影响基本结束，伴有短时强降水、雷电和8～10级雷雨阵风，最大小时降水量30～50毫米。全省累积平均降水量20～40毫米，强降水主要集中在13日白天到夜间，其中，临沂、日照、潍坊、青岛、烟台和威海有大雨到暴雨，局部大暴雨（30～60毫米，局部150～200毫米，个别站点可达250毫米以上），其他地区有小到中雨局部大雨或暴雨（5～15毫米，局部50毫米以上）。

平邑县气象台2026年07月12日17时26分发布台风蓝色预警信号：受台风“巴威”影响，预计今天下午到13日夜间，我县所辖镇街有中到大雨局部暴雨，伴有雷电和短时强降水，同时风力逐渐增大，平均风5～6级阵风7～9级，请注意防范。
