山东省气象台于9月16日16时00分继续发布陆地大风蓝色预警：预计16日夜间到17日白天，北风，滨州、东营、潍坊、日照和半岛地区5～6级阵风8～9级，其他地区4～5级阵风6～8级，雷雨地区雷雨时阵风7～9级局部10级。
