At 13:30 on July 12, 2026, Quzhou Meteorological Observatory issued the orange warning signal of rainstorm in Kecheng District: Affected by the 9th typhoon "Bawei" this year, the Shiliangliwu Reservoir in Kecheng District has seen precipitation of more than 90 mm. It is estimated that there will still be moderate to heavy rain in all townships (towns and streets) in our district this afternoon, and local rainstorm. Please pay attention to prevent the continuous heavy rain from causing secondary disasters such as mountain torrents, debris flows, urban and rural waterlogging in small basins.

Rainfall will reach more than 50 mm within 3 hours, or it has reached more than 50 mm and the rainfall may continue.
