The Shengsi County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds at 9:30 am on February 8, 2026: Due to the influence of cold air, there is currently a level 9 northwest to north wind along the coast of our county. It is expected that all towns and nearby waters in our county will still have a level 9 northwest to north wind today, with a level 8 increase at night. Stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.
Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
