新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年2月19日12时18分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天夜间至20日夜间，博州、塔城地区、阿勒泰地区、克拉玛依市、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州、巴州北部、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的部分区域先后有8级左右西北阵风，风口风力10～11级，阵风12～13级，局部区域有风吹雪，请加强防范。

At 09:14 on February 19, 2026, the Tianshan District Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow warning signal for strong winds to an orange warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that there will be 8-9 level southeast gusts in most areas of Tianshan District from day to night today, with gusts of 9-10 level in the area from the racetrack to Huaergou Street, and 11-12 level southeast gusts from Ulabo to Hongyanchi, accompanied by wind and snow in some areas. It is recommended to take precautions.
