At 05:31 on September 18, 2025, Wangcang Meteorological Station issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal: at present, the eastern part of the county is covered by strong precipitation clouds. It is estimated that the rainfall in Dade Town, Daliang Town, Shuimo Town, Wuquan Town, Sanjiang Town, Mumen Town, Jiulong Town and other towns in the county will reach more than 50 mm in the next 6 hours. Please pay attention to preventing meteorological secondary disasters such as landslides, mudslides, flash floods, floods in small and medium-sized rivers, and urban waterlogging that may be caused by heavy rainfall.

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
