长治市气象台2026年08月21日00时46分发布暴雨黄色预警信号。预警区域：襄垣县北部、武乡县中东部、沁县东部。预警区域过去6小时已经出现最大雨强30毫米/小时以上的短时强降水，预计未来6小时内还会有最大雨强20毫米/小时以上的短时强降水。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。防御指南：1地方各级人民政府、有关部门和单位按照职责做好防暴雨工作，检查城市、农田、鱼塘以及其它重要设施的排水系统，及时清理排水管道，做好排涝工作。2公安交管部门应根据路况，加密交通信息提示，在不同路段实行针对性的交通引导措施。3中小学和幼儿园可提前或推迟上下学时间，采取防护措施，确保学生和幼儿上下学及在校安全。4驾驶人员要及时了解交通信息和前方路况，遇到路面或立交桥下积水过深，应尽量绕行，避免强行通过。5行人应避开桥下、涵洞等低洼地区，切勿在危险地带躲雨或停留；避免在较深积水中行走。6检查电路、炉火等设施是否安全，切断低洼地区有危险的室外电源，暂停在空旷地方的户外作业，危险地带人员和危房居民转移到安全地点。
