The Yixian Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a strong convective yellow warning signal at 22:20 on August 9, 2026. Meixi Township, Xidi Town, Yuting Town, Hongtan Township, Hongxing Township, Kecun Town, Biyang Town, and Hongcun Town will experience strong convective weather such as thunderstorms, strong winds, and short-term heavy precipitation within 6 hours. Please take precautions!

安徽省气象台2026年08月09日16时00分变更发布台风黄色预警。受13号台风“白海豚”影响，预计9日夜里至13日全省最大阵风8～9级，高海拔山区和水面阵风10～12级。9日夜里至11日全省大部分地区有大雨到暴雨，其中宣城、黄山市、池州、安庆、六安、铜陵、芜湖、合肥、滁州等地有大暴雨，局部特大暴雨。省气象局和省应急管理厅提醒注意防范。

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make emergency preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop large-scale indoor and outdoor gatherings and high-altitude outdoor dangerous operations;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures to reinforce port facilities to prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind, and personnel should not go out at will, to ensure that the elderly and children stay in the safest place in the home, and those in dangerous houses should be transferred in time.

黟县气象台2026年08月09日14时04分继续发布台风蓝色预警信号。美溪乡、西递镇、渔亭镇、宏潭乡、洪星乡、柯村镇、碧阳镇、宏村镇，24小时内可能受台风影响，平均风力达6级以上，或者阵风8级以上并可能持续。
