陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2026年08月27日12时发布第72期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2026年08月27日12时至2026年08月28日12时，铜川市宜君县，延安市宝塔区、延长县、洛川县、宜川县、黄陵县等县（区）发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色预警）,咸阳市泾阳县、乾县、礼泉县，铜川市王益区、印台区、耀州区，渭南市合阳县、澄城县、白水县、韩城市，延安市延川县、甘泉县、富县、黄龙县，汉中市南郑区、镇巴县等县（市、区）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,西安市灞桥区、临潼区、长安区、鄠邑区、周至县，宝鸡市渭滨区、金台区、陈仓区、扶风县、陇县、麟游县、凤县，咸阳市三原县、永寿县、长武县、旬邑县、淳化县、武功县、兴平市、彬州市，渭南市临渭区、蒲城县、富平县，延安市安塞区、志丹县、吴起县、子长市，榆林市绥德县、佳县、吴堡县、清涧县、子洲县，汉中市城固县、留坝县等县（市、区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。

陕西省气象台2026年08月27日11时00分升级发布暴雨黄色和强对流黄色预警：预计8月27日14时至8月28日14时，榆林东南部局地、延安大部、西安北部局地、宝鸡局地、咸阳全域、铜川全域、渭南北部、汉中局地有大雨（25～50毫米），延安（宝塔区、黄陵县、黄龙县、宜川县、洛川县、富县、甘泉县、延川县、延长县）、咸阳西部（礼泉县、乾县）、铜川（王益区、印台区、耀州区、宜君县）、渭南北部（韩城市、澄城县、合阳县、白水县）、汉中南部（南郑区、镇巴县）等地局地有暴雨（50～100毫米），其中延安（宝塔区、宜川县、延长县、黄陵县、洛川县）、铜川（宜君县）等地的局地有大暴雨（100～160毫米）。降水期间陕北中南部、关中大部、陕南局地、秦岭山区局地伴有短时强降水，最大小时雨强20～50毫米/小时，局地可达60毫米/小时以上，局地伴有8～10级雷暴大风或冰雹。

省自然资源厅联合省气象局2026年8月27日11时16分发布第34期地质灾害气象风险黄色预警：预计8月27日12时-8月28日12时，铜川市宜君县，延安市宝塔区、安塞区、延长县、甘泉县、富县、洛川县、宜川县、黄龙县、黄陵县，榆林市榆阳区、府谷县、神木市，汉中市南郑区、镇巴县发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。

宜君县气象台2026年08月27日11时07分发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号：预计午后到傍晚下述地区可能受雷雨大风影响，阵风可达7级或以上并伴有雷电，局地有短时暴雨，小时雨量10～30毫米，局地可达40毫米以上：彭镇、五里镇、尧生镇、宜阳街道、哭泉镇、棋盘镇、太安镇、云梦乡、雷塬综合服务中心、西村综合服务中心，请注意防范。

3. Cut off neon signs and dangerous outdoor power supplies;

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

7. Pay attention to the latest news of thunderstorms and gales reported by the relevant media and relevant windbreak notices, and students stay in a safe place;

8. Secure doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, temporary structures and other structures that are easily blown by the wind. Personnel should leave the temporary structures as soon as possible, and properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by thunderstorms and gales.
