山东省气象台于8月31日11时00分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：29日白天到31日上午，潍坊、烟台、威海西部、青岛、临沂、日照、枣庄、济南和淄博已出现中到大雨部分地区暴雨局部大暴雨。预计31日下午，烟台、威海和青岛仍有中雨局部大雨或暴雨并伴有雷电，潍坊、临沂和日照有雷雨或阵雨局部大雨，鲁中山区局部有雷雨或阵雨，最大小时降水量30～50毫米，雷雨地区雷雨时阵风7～9级。
