At 08:54 on November 13, 2025, the Meteorological Observatory of Zhalantun City issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: Zhalantun City, Oroqen Ethnic Township, Woniuhe Town, Chaihe Town, Haoraoshan Town, Sama Street Ewenki Ethnic Township, Genghis Khan Town, Dahewan Town, Daur Ethnic Township, Zhonghe Town, Moguqi Town, Haduhe Town, and Wadi Township have been affected by strong winds, with gusts of 7 or above, and will continue for 24 hours. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
