芷江县气象台2026年7月19日11时7分升级暴雨预警信号为橙色：过去1小时芷江县水宽乡等乡镇降雨量已达41.7毫米，预计芷江县未来2小时降雨量20～30毫米，累计雨量将达60毫米以上，致灾风险高，请加强防范。
