湖南省气象台2025年8月14日8时升级发布暴雨橙色预警：预计14日8时至15日8时，湘南、湘西南大部分地区将出现暴雨，其中怀化南部、邵阳南部、永州中南部、郴州南部局地大暴雨（100~180毫米，局地200~250毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强60~80毫米）、雷雨大风（局地阵风8~10级）等强对流天气，请加强防范。橙色预警区域：怀化中南部、邵阳中南部、衡阳中南部、永州、郴州。

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in anti-storm emergency work in accordance with their duties;

2. Cut off the dangerous outdoor power supply and suspend outdoor operations;

3. Units in dangerous areas should suspend classes or business, and take special measures to protect the safety of students, infants and other workers who have arrived at school;

4. Do a good job of drainage of waterlogging in cities and farmland, and take precautions against possible disasters such as mountain floods, landslides, and mudslides.

省水利厅与省气象局8月13日16时联合发布山洪灾害风险黄色预警:13日20:00至14日20:00，受降雨影响，嘉禾县西部，汝城县大部，桂东县大部，资兴市东南部，零陵区西南部，双牌县西部，蓝山县东北部等地发生山洪灾害可能性较大，请上述地区加强防范，注意做好实时监测和预警叫应等防范工作。

湖南省气象台2025年8月13日16时发布暴雨黄色预警：预计13日20时至14日20时，湘南将出现暴雨，其中郴州南部、永州南部部分有大暴雨（150~200毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强60~80毫米）、雷雨大风（局地阵风8~10级）等强对流天气，请加强防范。黄色预警区域：衡阳南部、永州、郴州。

1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing rainstorms in accordance with their duties;

2. The traffic management department shall adopt traffic control measures on heavy rainfall road sections according to road conditions, and implement traffic guidance on road sections with stagnant water;

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
