安全事件—>其他社会安全事件—>警报试鸣信息,提示，为纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年，警示和教育社会公众铭记历史、缅怀先烈、珍爱和平、开创未来，增强国防观念和防空防灾意识，提高对防空警报信号的识别和认知，根据《中华人民共和国人民防空法》有关规定，定于9月18日在全省进行防空警报统一试鸣。一、鸣放时间 2025年9月18日上午9时至9时10分。二、鸣放方式按照预先警报鸣36秒，停24秒，反复3遍为1个周期（时间3分钟）；空袭警报鸣6秒，停6秒，反复15遍为1个周期（时间3分钟）；解除警报连续鸣180秒的顺序统一进行人防警报鸣放。防空警报试鸣期间，各级党政机关、企事业单位、社会团体及人民群众保持正常的工作和生活秩序。

爱辉区气象台2025年9月14日17时10分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天夜间至明天白天爱辉城区、新生乡、张地营子乡、西峰山乡、上马厂镇、罕达汽镇、锦河农场、四嘉子乡、瑷珲镇、坤河乡、西岗子镇、二站乡、红色边疆农场、幸福乡将受大风影响，平均风力5-6级，阵风7级以上，请有关单位和个人注意做好预防工作。

Guidelines

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Pedestrians should avoid riding bicycles as much as possible, and do not stay under billboards, temporary structures, etc. when the wind is blowing;

5. Relevant departments and units pay attention to the fire prevention of forests and grasslands.
