黑龙江省自然资源厅和黑龙江省气象局7月12日20时联合发布地质灾害气象风险黄色和蓝色预警: 预计7月12日20时至7月13日20时，五常市、尚志市、宁安市、海林市发生地质灾害风险较高（黄色预警），牡丹江市、穆棱市、东宁市、阿城区、延寿县有一定风险发生地质灾害（蓝色预警）。请注意防范强降雨引发的崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害，做好监测预警和转移避险等工作。

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

黑龙江省水利厅和黑龙江省气象局07月12日11时联合发布山洪灾害气象风险蓝色预警：预计07月12日11时至07月13日11时，塔河县、漠河市、呼中区、新林区、呼玛县、松岭区、加格达奇区、爱辉区、嫩江市、五常市、阿城区、尚志市、延寿县、海林市、林口县、宁安市、牡丹江市有一定风险发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请密切关注天气形势及雨水情变化，加强分析研判，及时向有关乡镇、村发布预警信息并按有关规定做好叫应工作。加强巡查排险，必要情况下提前组织危险区群众转移，确保人民群众生命安全。
