At 19:30 on January 28th, the meteorological station of Cuona City issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Due to the influence of high-altitude jet streams, it is expected that from 19:30 on January 28th to 07:30 on January 29th, local gusts in high-altitude areas such as Cuona Town, Yongbu, Xiaozhen, Quzhuomu Town, Langpo Township, Kada Township, and Juela Town in our city will reach 10 levels or above (≥ 24.5 meters/second), while gusts in other towns will reach 7 to 8 levels (13.9-20.7 meters/second). Suggest relevant departments to carry out relevant prevention work according to their responsibilities.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
