The Puyang Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for heavy fog at 23:17 on September 28, 2025: It is expected that in the next 6 hours, there may be fog with visibility less than 200 meters in Hualong District, Economic Development Zone, Demonstration Zone, Industrial Park, and the towns and streets under its jurisdiction. Description
