The Chizhou Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for severe convection at 12:17 on June 19, 2026. In the urban area, concentration zone, economic development zone, Pingtian Lake Scenic Area, as well as in towns and parks such as Wusha Town, Tangtian Town, Niutoushan Town, and Meilong Street in Guichi District, there will be strong lightning activity in the next 6 hours, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms, strong winds, and other severe convective weather.
