陕西省气象台2025年08月02日10时30分升级发布高温橙色预警：受副热带高压影响，预计8月2日西安大部、宝鸡中部、咸阳南部、渭南大部、汉中中部、安康中部、杨凌示范区最高气温可达37℃以上，西安北部局地、咸阳南部局地、渭南中部局地最高气温可达40℃以上。8月3日西安大部、宝鸡中部、咸阳南部、铜川南部局地、渭南大部、延安东部局地、汉中中部、安康中部、杨凌示范区最高气温可达37℃以上，西安北部、宝鸡中部局地、咸阳南部、渭南中部、汉中东部局地、安康中部局地最高气温可达40℃以上。

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units implement safeguard measures for heatstroke prevention and cooling in accordance with their duties;

2. Try to avoid outdoor activities during high temperature periods, and those working under high temperature conditions should shorten the continuous working time;

3. Provide heatstroke prevention and cooling instructions for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young, and take necessary protective measures;

4. Relevant departments and units should take precautions against fires caused by excessive power consumption and excessive electrical loads such as wires and transformers.

Ankang Meteorological Observatory continues to issue a red alert for high temperatures

The Ankang Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a high temperature red warning signal at 09:08 on August 2, 2025: it is expected that the highest temperature in Hanbin District, Xunyang City, Shiquan County, eastern Hanyin County, central and northern Ziyang County, northern Langao County, northern Pingli County, and northern Baihe County will rise above 40 ℃ in the next 24 hours. Please take precautions.

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险红色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅7月31日18时30分联合发布苹果、猕猴桃、玉米和大豆高温热害预警：预计8月1日至7日，陕北黄河沿线、关中平原大部、陕南河谷地带有35℃以上高温天气，部分地方可达38℃以上，关中平原南部局地、陕南河谷局地可达40℃以上，且无有效降水。预计上述区域秋粮作物以及经济林果有高温热害风险，其中：宝鸡西北部局地苹果高温热害风险很高（红色预警），陕北黄河沿线局地、咸阳北部局地苹果高温热害风险高（橙色预警），宝鸡中东部、咸阳中北部、渭南西北部苹果高温热害风险较高（黄色预警）；关中平原大部以及汉中和安康盆地猕猴桃种植区高温热害风险很高（红色预警）；陕北黄河沿线、关中平原大部、汉中和安康河谷地带中部局地玉米、大豆高温热害风险很高（红色预警），延安东部局地、关中北部部分地方、汉中和安康河谷地带大部玉米、大豆高温热害风险高（橙色预警）或较高（黄色预警）。建议苹果种植区酌情采取灌溉、果园覆草、树体喷水等措施，减少土壤水分蒸发，降低园内温度，预防果实灼伤。猕猴桃种植区加强果园水分管理，灌溉、喷雾增湿降温多措并举，调节果园小气候；或搭建遮阳网减轻阳光直射，降低果面和果园冠层温度，减少叶面蒸腾。玉米、大豆种植区应灌尽灌，可在灌水的同时采取增施钾肥，减少植株蒸腾损失的措施来提高水分利用率，增强作物自身抗性。
