At 10:29 am on November 16, 2025, the Jingning County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: affected by strong cold air, it is expected that the lowest temperature in most towns and villages in our county will drop by more than 8 ℃ in the next 48 hours. The lowest temperature will occur in the morning of the 18th and will drop to around -13 ℃, reaching a cold wave. Please take precautions!

Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
