静宁县气象台2026年03月04日16时19分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计24小时内，我县古城镇、甘沟镇、城区街道、细巷镇、三合乡、原安镇、灵芝乡、城关镇、威戎镇、雷大镇、界石铺镇、八里镇、余湾乡、李店镇、城川镇、司桥乡、曹务镇、双岘镇、红寺镇、贾河乡、深沟乡、治平镇、新店乡、四河镇、仁大镇等乡镇将受大风影响，平均风力5～6级，局地阵风可达8级以上，并伴有扬沙或浮尘，请有关单位和人员做好防范。
