陕西省气象台2025年12月30日11时00分发布寒潮蓝色预警：寒潮降温：受寒潮影响，预计2025年12月30日20时至2026年1月1日20时，日平均气温榆林西部和北部、延安大部、关中北部、陕南大部、秦巴山区下降8～10℃，其中商洛东部和南部（洛南县、山阳县、丹凤县、镇安县）、汉中东部局地（西乡县、镇巴县、佛坪县）、安康南部（汉滨区、汉阴县、宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、镇坪县、旬阳市、白河县）、秦岭山区（鄠邑区、周至县）可达10℃以上（以上地区可达寒潮）。降温后，最低气温预计出现在2026年1月2日清晨，最低气温分布：陕北中北部-20～-12℃，陕北南部-15～-10℃，关中北部、陕南东部、秦巴山区-10～-5℃，关中南部-6～-1℃，陕南河谷地区-4～0℃。大风：30日夜间至31日白天陕北北部有4级（5.5-7.9米/秒）左右偏北风，关中东部、陕南南部、秦巴山区东段有4级（5.5-7.9米/秒）左右偏东风，部分地方阵风可达6～7级（10.8-17.1米/秒）。雨雪：过程从30日晚上开始至31日夜间基本结束。陕北、关中北部、秦巴山区有小雪转中到大雪（4～10毫米），陕南东部有雨夹雪转中到大雪（4～10毫米），关中南部有雨夹雪转小到中雪（2～5毫米），陕南西部有小到中雨（6～20毫米）或雨夹雪，延安南部局地、关中西北部部分、商洛部分、秦巴山区部分地方有暴雪（10～20毫米）。新增积雪深度：榆林南部、关中东部和南部2～5厘米，延安、关中西部和北部、陕南东部、秦巴山区5～8厘米，秦巴山区东段局地可达8～11厘米。本次过程冷空气强、气温降幅大，全省伴有明显雨雪天气。

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险黄色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅12月29日13时35分联合发布设施农业雪灾、低温灾害风险预警：预计2025年12月30日至2026年1月1日，我省有一次大范围雨雪、降温天气过程，主要降雪出现在12月31日至1月1日。预计最低气温出现在1月2日清晨。此次寒潮雨雪天气过程易导致部分温室大棚遭受雪压垮塌，棚内蔬菜受冻。其中12月31日-1月1日咸阳东北部、铜川西部、渭南南部局地、汉中南部局地、安康西南局地及东南部局地、商洛东北部及南部局地设施农业出现雪灾的风险较高（黄色预警）；1月1-3日榆林北部局地、咸阳北部、铜川大部、渭南北部及南部局地、宝鸡东南部、西安西部局地、商洛东北部设施农业低温灾害风险较高（黄色预警），建议上述设施农业种植区提前加固棚体，加盖防寒物，及时清除棚体积雪，防止设施垮塌受损、棚内蔬菜受冻；科学调控棚内温湿度，并做好增温补光、肥水管理，同时加强作物病虫害防控。
