The Lingchuan County Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing at 8:43 am on February 24, 2026. The warning area covers all towns and villages in the county. It is expected that the warning area may experience road icing that may affect traffic in the next 24 hours. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. Transportation, public security and other departments should prepare for road icing according to their responsibilities; 2. Drivers should pay attention to road conditions and drive safely; 3. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
