At 15:10 on December 19th, Harbin Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: the lowest temperature in most parts of the city will drop by 10-14 ℃ in the next 48 hours. The lowest temperature in the eastern and northern regions on the night of the 20th will be -27~-24 ℃, and in other areas it will be -23~-18 ℃. In addition, there will be severe road icing in most parts of the city on the night of the 19th. Please take precautions.
