黑龙江省水利厅和黑龙江省气象局7月3日19时25分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险蓝色预警：预计07月03日20时至07月04日20时，延寿县、宾县、尚志市、阿城区、五常市有一定风险发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请密切关注天气形势及雨水情变化，加强分析研判，及时向有关乡镇、村发布预警信息并按有关规定做好叫应工作。加强巡查排险，必要情况下提前组织危险区群众转移，确保人民群众生命安全。

黑龙江省气象台2026年7月3日18时25分发布暴雨红色预警信号:过去2小时林甸部分乡镇降雨量已达60～80毫米，降水量最大为霍家泡子水库（水文站）83.2毫米，预计未来1小时还将有20～50毫米的降水，累计雨量将达100毫米以上，请注意防范。

At 17:30 on July 3, 2026, the Yichun Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that within the next 6 hours, there may be lightning activity in Yimei District, Youhao District, Wuchui District, Tieli City, Daqingshan County, Nancha County, Jinlin District, Fenglin County, Tangwang County, and Jiayin County, which may cause lightning disasters and accidents. Local areas may be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, strong winds, small hail and other strong convective weather, with hourly rainfall intensity of more than 20 millimeters and gusts of wind force 7-8.
