河南省气象台2026年7月6日11时00分继续发布强对流蓝色预警：预计6日14时00分至7日14时00分，安阳、鹤壁、濮阳、新乡、焦作东部、三门峡、洛阳西部和北部、郑州中东部、开封、商丘、周口北部、驻马店中东部、信阳部分县（市、区）将有20到50毫米短时强降水（个别点50到80毫米）、8到9级雷暴大风（个别点10到11级）和局地冰雹。请注意防范。上述地区的相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防短时暴雨、防雷、防大风、防雹准备工作； 2.学校、幼儿园采取防风措施，加强校园户外设施隐患排查整治，停止室外教学活动； 3.户外行人和工作人员减少户外活动，注意远离棚架广告牌等搭建物； 4.加强景区景点基础设施和危险区域的安全风险隐患排查，及时关闭易受大风等影响的户外游乐项目； 5.相关水域水上作业和过往船舶采取回港规避或者绕道航行等积极应对措施； 6.加强户外高空作业的管控，避免造成坍塌、高坠、物体打击等事故； 7.做好排涝准备和对山洪、滑坡、泥石流等灾害的防御准备。

夏邑县气象台2026年07月06日10时02分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天白天到夜里，我县车站镇、曹集街道、刘店集乡等所有乡镇和街道将出现4级左右偏南风，阵风7级以上。请注意防范大风天气对设施农业、高空作业、交通出行等带来的不利影响。
