新郑市气象台2026年3月17日19时45分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计18日05时至20时，新建路街道、新华路街道、新烟街道、新村镇、辛店镇、观音寺镇、梨河镇、和庄镇、薛店镇、孟庄镇、郭店镇、龙湖镇、城关乡等全部乡镇（街道、管委会）有4级左右偏北风，阵风7到8级，局地9级以上。请注意防范大风天气带来的不利影响。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防大风工作。2.停止高空、水上户外作业。3.关好门窗，加固围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物，妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品，遮盖建筑物资。4.行人注意尽量少骑自行车，刮风时不要在广告牌、临时搭建物等下面逗留。5.有关部门和单位注意做好森林等防火工作；街道、社区、村庄和家庭应加强防火意识，适时采取有效措施，消除火灾隐患。6.公园、景区、游乐场等户外场所发出警示信息，做好防护措施。
