海南省气象局2026年09月13日10时30分提升暴雨三级预警为暴雨二级预警：受南海热带低压和冷空气共同影响，过去24小时，海南岛东南部和中部普遍出现暴雨到大暴雨，局地特大暴雨。预计，未来三天强降水仍将持续，9月13日08时～16日08时累积雨量：万宁、琼中、五指山、保亭和陵水等市县300～400毫米、局地600毫米以上，琼海、屯昌、白沙、昌江、东方、乐东和三亚等市县150～300毫米，其余市县70～150毫米，请有关单位和人员做好防范工作。

海口市气象台2026年09月13日09时50分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：受热带低压和冷空气共同影响，我市13日09时50分到14日09时平均风力可达6级以上、阵风7～8级，建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作。

海南省气象局2026年09月13日09时40分继续发布台风四级预警（海上）：南海热带低压13日08时其中心位于海南省三亚市西南方向约225公里的海面上（北纬17.2度、东经107.7度），中心附近最大风力有6级（12米/秒）。预计，热带低压将以每小时10公里左右的速度向偏西方向移动，强度变化不大，将于今天下午至夜间在越南中部一带沿海登陆。受其影响，北部湾海面、海南岛四周海面、西沙和中沙群岛附近海面，13日～15日，风力6～7级、阵风8～9级；南沙群岛附近海面，风力5级、阵风6～7级，雷雨时阵风8～9级；建议过往船只和海上平台继续做好避风措施。
