钟山县气象台22日5时33分发布暴雨黄色预警信号：过去2小时花山乡已出现40毫米以上降雨，目前该降雨云团向西移动，预计未来6小时钟山县花山、燕塘、清塘、同古、公安等乡镇还将有20-40毫米降雨，并伴有雷电，山洪地质灾害气象风险大，请做好防范。

广西区气象台2026年08月21日09时00分继续发布台风蓝色预警（海面）：北部湾热带低压今天（21日）08时的中心位于北海西南约140公里的海面上，外围最大风力有7级（15米/秒）。预计，该热带低压以每小时5～10公里向东北移动，21日夜间至22日在北部湾海面回旋少动加强为热带风暴。21日白天至22日夜间，北部湾海面有暴雨到大暴雨局地特大暴雨，旋转风8～9级阵风10～11级；沿海地区有5～6级阵风8～10级大风；沿海地区和桂西南有大雨到暴雨、局地大暴雨并伴有短时雷暴大风等强对流天气。
