At 9:14 am on February 4th, the Jiamusi Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the temperature in various streets (townships, towns) of Jiamusi City will significantly decrease from the 5th to the 6th, and the lowest temperature within 48 hours will drop by more than 8 ℃.
