西峡县气象台2026年7月15日23时14分将暴雨橙色预警信号升级为暴雨红色预警信号：预计未来3小时，西峡县太平镇、米坪镇、军马河镇、石界河镇、二郎坪镇降雨量将达100毫米以上，请注意防范强降雨引发的山洪、泥石流和城乡内涝等次生灾害。防御指南：1.进入暴雨紧急防御状态，相关部门应当按照职责做好防暴雨应急和抢险工作。2.停止集会，停课、停业(除特殊行业外)。3.人员应当留在安全场所暂避，危险地带和危房中的人员应当撤离。4.地下商场、地下停车场等地下空间，隧道、涵洞、易涝点等部位要迅速关闭，严防雨水倒灌引发事故。5.行驶车辆应当就近到安全区域暂避，如遇严重水浸等危险情况应当立即弃车逃生。6.居民小区应利用防汛物资做好地下室、地下车库雨水倒灌等应急工作，对低洼地段的供用电设施采取安全防范措施。7.做好城市内涝和山洪、滑坡、泥石流等灾害的防御和抢险工作。

西峡县气象台2026年7月15日8时45分继续发布高温橙色预警信号：预计今天下午，西峡县城区及所辖乡镇和街道最高气温将升至37℃以上，局部可达40℃以上，请注意做好防暑降温工作。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门应按照职责落实防暑降温保障措施。2.尽量避免在高温时段进行户外活动，高温条件下作业的人员应当缩短连续工作时间。3.有关部门应对老、弱、病、幼人群提供防暑降温指导，并采取必要的防护措施。4.有关部门和单位应当注意防范因用电量过高，以及电线、变压器等电力负载过大而引发的火灾。
